The hotel offers rooms with a royal touch to details and high attention to all needs, albeit not the larger ones I expected. The room names of the fish added an educational and exciting touch for kids. The service is top-notch, especially in assisting with bookings, although there was an unexpected charge during our absence. The location is exceptional, with breathtaking views of the sea and city, ideal for a resort stay. The dining experience at the Imperial Club Lounge was extensive and amazing. The facilities are remarkable, with a fantastic aquarium and NOBU restaurant.

My stay at the hotel was a great value for money. The rooms were spacious and extremely clean, offering a comfortable night's sleep. While the hotel is very quiet, I found the lobby to be overly busy resembling a shopping mall, which was a bit overwhelming. The staff provided friendly service, although there was a hiccup with not being informed about ongoing renovations causing noise disturbance. Overall, the location was good, being close to shops, but the common areas felt overcrowded at times.

I was thrilled with the rooms that gave me access to both the aquaventure pool and the royal pool, and having breakfast included was a real treat. Plus, having Imperial club privileges for tea time and happy hour snacks made my stay even better. However, the service was a bit unprofessional, but the staff at the reception desk were incredibly co-operative and made my stay super easy and very nice.

We were thrilled that our room was changed to a more convenient location last minute. However, the lack of proper room preparation and some miscommunication took away from the experience. The one-bedroom apartment with an interlocking second room was not ideal and slightly dated for the price.
