Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers beautiful views from clean rooms, but the smell of food leftovers was noticeable. Despite this, the staff was accommodating, granting us a room upgrade treat. The location, though a bit isolated from Dubai's main attractions, was packed with organized activities. The dining experience had a huge selection of fantastic food, while the facilities were top-notch.
The hotel is superbly located with phenomenal restaurants nearby. The rooms were decent, but nothing extraordinary, and there were some leftovers and no spare water bottles. Service was exceptional, with special thanks to Wave House and Sidney, making our holiday perfect. The location is fantastic for relaxation and activities, although some improvements could be made to the club facilities. The dining experience was enjoyable overall but lacked in taste and variety.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, offering great views of the palm. The staff was incredibly friendly and made my experience spectacular. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
I was promised the nicest room, which turned out to be old-fashioned and not as expected. The rooms were fairly clean but outdated. Housekeeping service never arrived, a letdown. The hotel staff at the waterpark were helpful, with Sohail standing out. However, some services like room cleaning were disappointing, lacking the expected quality. The location, though beautiful and well-maintained, required frequent taxi rides to reach Dubai's attractions. The dining experience at Kaleidoscope within the hotel was grand but had some quality compromises. Despite some drawbacks, the hotel offers a quiet getaway and is splendidly kept. Breakfast could get chaotic due to a main restaurant closure, affecting the overall atmosphere.
The hotel had a very dirty room, especially the bathroom, which was not cleaned properly. However, the lockers and changing rooms were convenient. The location at Bread Street was ideal for early morning activities.
The hotel offers rooms with a royal touch to details and high attention to all needs, albeit not the larger ones I expected. The room names of the fish added an educational and exciting touch for kids. The service is top-notch, especially in assisting with bookings, although there was an unexpected charge during our absence. The location is exceptional, with breathtaking views of the sea and city, ideal for a resort stay. The dining experience at the Imperial Club Lounge was extensive and amazing. The facilities are remarkable, with a fantastic aquarium and NOBU restaurant.
My stay at the hotel was a great value for money. The rooms were spacious and extremely clean, offering a comfortable night's sleep. While the hotel is very quiet, I found the lobby to be overly busy resembling a shopping mall, which was a bit overwhelming. The staff provided friendly service, although there was a hiccup with not being informed about ongoing renovations causing noise disturbance. Overall, the location was good, being close to shops, but the common areas felt overcrowded at times.
I was thrilled with the rooms that gave me access to both the aquaventure pool and the royal pool, and having breakfast included was a real treat. Plus, having Imperial club privileges for tea time and happy hour snacks made my stay even better. However, the service was a bit unprofessional, but the staff at the reception desk were incredibly co-operative and made my stay super easy and very nice.
We were thrilled that our room was changed to a more convenient location last minute. However, the lack of proper room preparation and some miscommunication took away from the experience. The one-bedroom apartment with an interlocking second room was not ideal and slightly dated for the price.
Staying here was a mix of highs and lows. The location is convenient, but there are some service issues. The rooms are lovely, but the dining experience fell short of expectations.
The hotel offers a clean and very good room experience, impeccably cleaned every day. However, there were issues with overcrowded facilities and long queues for check-in and at the facilities. The breakfast lacked gluten-free and dairy-free options, and the dinner buffet was overpriced with mainly Indian and Persian cuisine, especially for children.
My stay at the hotel was lovely. The room was beautiful, spacious, and had a VERY comfortable bed. The beachside location was perfect, and the dining experience was amazing. The facilities were top-notch.
The hotel provided an amazing experience with spacious rooms offering breathtaking views of both the palm trees and the ocean. The rooms were exactly as shown in the photos, offering plenty of activities to enjoy. However, some price inconsistencies were noticed.
I loved the location of the hotel, right on iconic Palm Jumeirah and with a stunning long sandy beach. The staff were incredibly friendly, but unfortunately, the service fell short on a few occasions. The dining experience was amazing, offering a variety of delicious cuisines, although there were some service delays during busy times. The rooms had a damp smell, which was a downside, but the facilities were top-notch, especially the imperial club afternoon tea.
My stay at the hotel was delightful with big, beautifully decorated rooms offering a promising view every 15 minutes, although they lean on the expensive side. The service was top-notch, especially Sohail, who excelled in cleaning. The location was inviting and well-maintained, perfect for a quiet getaway but requiring taxis for attractions. Dining was pricey but organized well despite some compromise in quality.
